Trillium Wood has been hosting weddings for over 20 years and we have accumulated a wealth of experience and knowledge in creating your perfect wedding day. Whether you are planning a lavish banquet or an intimate affair with close family and friends, we are here to help.  We understand that every wedding is unique and our goal is to ensure just that.

Talented coordinators will assist you with every stage of the planning process to ensure a stress-free, exciting experience.

Please review the following options we have available. Please note that each package is not limited to what is listed, we can customize each package to cater to you. As well as the menu, if you have a specific meal in mind, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate. All meals are served buffet style, vegetarian and special diet meals are available upon request.

Rental Details

The Marquis Tent accommodates:

Dinner & Dance – up to 200 Guests
Dinner – up to 220 Guests
Includes: Tables, Chairs, PA system, Plus the use of our indoor bar / restaurant area, and patio

Rental prices are quoted per table of 8 (taxes extra)

Corkage Fee

Trillium Wood will charge a corkage fee of $15.00 per bottle for any opened bottle of wine. Any bottles that have not been opened will be returned to you.


A 15% gratuity will be added to the total invoice for all food and beverage.
