Trillium Wood Golf Club staff and management are well qualified and eager to help you coordinate your wedding!
A function contract must be signed for any event and a minimum deposit of $500.00 is required to hold that date. The deposit is non-refundable, but may be used for re-booking on an alternate date.
Any and all damage that is attributed to the guests of the function is the responsibility of the person(s) that sign the function contract.
Please be aware that if a function is booked a year in advance that price changes may occur. This is the sole discretion of the Trillium Wood Golf Club.
.We are a Smart Serve establishment and we require that each function provide its guests with alternative transportation home; i.e. taxi’s, hired driver etc. We may be able to help with this requirement.
Food is not permitted to be brought into the club without the expressed permission of the Wedding Coordinator.
Prices do not include applicable taxes.
Please contact us regarding any item you may wish to serve that is not included in our menu. We are happy to try and accommodate special requests and additions and provide estimates for your information.
A guaranteed guest count is required no later than 10 days prior to the event. Invoices are based on the guaranteed count provided by the customer or the number of guests attending whichever is greater.
Reception Area is available for decorating and drop offs no earlier than 10 am the morning of the function. If alternate arrangements need to be made, please contact the Banquet Coordinator. Paper and metallic confetti is not allowed on the premises. Please check with the staff before decorating.
