The successful applicant will have some golf knowledge and experience, be personable, and energetic. Be willing to assist our customers to have the best possible experience at Trillium Wood Golf Course.
Duties:
- Provide excellent customer service to every customer that plays at Trillium Wood.
- Set out member’s golf bags and carts ahead of tee-off times.
- Retrieving & putting away golf bags and carts in storage areas.
- Club cleaning and storage.
- Providing driving range services, such as refilling range ball receptacles and picking range balls.
- Properly monitor driving range usage and inform Team Lead of any issues.
- Providing special attention to any assistance needed by a guest outside the Clubhouse area.
- Performing other related duties and assignments as assigned.
Pro Shop Associate/Team Lead

- Ensure the proficient operation of the Golf Shop and properly managing Tee Times.
- Ensure exceptional customer service is provided and that our guests enjoy a great golf experience.
- Guest check in, sales and point of sale operation.
- Golf Shop merchandising, displays and upkeep.
- Actively selling of merchandise – including knowledge of all merchandise in the Golf Shop.
- Working effectively with team members in all departments.
- Other duties as assigned.
