Membership Details
Membership Updates for the 2026 Season
As part of our ongoing commitment to enhancing the member experience and maintaining fair access to tee times, please review the following updates to our membership packages and policies for the 2026 season.
9-Hole Leagues – Additional Fee or Package Round Deduction
Members participating in 9-hole leagues will be subject to an additional fee, separate from the league cart package. This fee will be $250 + tax. Alternatively, members may choose to deduct five (5) rounds from their membership package to cover the 18-week league participation.
9-Hole Rainchecks – Updated Policy for 2026
Beginning in 2026, full rounds from membership packages will no longer be split into 9-hole rainchecks. Members wishing to play 9 holes may choose to pay a discounted 9-hole rate of $20 + tax or use one full round from their membership package.
Golf Plan – Revised 9-Hole Green Fee Structure
The 9-hole green fee for Golf Plan participants will transition to a tiered pricing structure based on time of play:

Primetime (Open to 11:00 am) – $40 + tax

Mid Day (11:00 am to 5:00 pm) – $35 + tax

Sunset (5:00 – Close) – $29 + tax
This change replaces the previous all-day flat rate and provides more flexible, time-based pricing throughout the day.
Membership Carry-Over Rounds
2025 members who purchase (or set up a payment plan) a 2026 membership by Nov 30, 2025, can carry over percentage of their rounds not used from the 2025 season.
You can carry-over up to 10% of your package rounds. That means if you have an 80-round membership, you are eligible to carry over 8 rounds. If you have a 60-round membership, you are eligible to carry over 6 rounds and if you have a 40-round membership, you are eligible to carry over 4 rounds into 2026, if available.
All 2025 carry-over rounds are to be used at the end of the 2026 purchased package. The carryover rounds will not show on your customer profile until after your 2026 rounds are completed.
Carry over rounds are subject to change following the 2026 season.
If for any medical reason or you are relocating and unable to play during the 2025 golf season, we can discuss options related to your membership.
All Trillium Wood members have reciprocal playing privileges at Frankford GC. These privileges allow Trillium Wood members to play at Frankford Golf Course based on the restrictions of their Trillium Wood membership.
Golf Plan Memberships
Golf Plan is geared for the golfer who does not play enough golf to justify the cost of a traditional full golf club membership. As well, Golf Plan allows you to play and save up to 40% on green fees at 2 golf courses: Trillium Wood Golf Club, and Frankford Golf Course.
If you play more than 5 times a season but less than 35 rounds a season, Golf Plan is an affordable way to play at 2 different golf courses without the upfront risk of knowing how much golf you plan to play and at a reduced price!
If you play 10 x 18-hole rounds* prior to July 15th, you are eligible to register for the Trillium Wood Club Championship.
*4 bonus rounds plus a minimum of 6 x 18-hole green fees to qualify
Golf Plan – $169
Unrestricted play any time. Receive all the benefits that our full members receive, play in our Trillium Wood sanctioned events and more! Purchase before February 6th and receive one bonus green fee*!
* This round is non-transferable and can be used as an 18-hole round or a 9-hole round, it cannot be split into two 9-hole rounds.
Golf Plan Plus – $299
Receive all the benefits of a regular Golf Plan but at this price you receive 3 complementary Golf Plan green fees! These green fees are non-transferable and expire at the end of the 2026 season. Purchase prior to February 6th, 2026 and receive an additional bonus round!
*All rounds are non-transferable. Included rounds can be used as four 18-hole rounds OR four 9-hole rounds, you cannot split any included 18-hole rounds into two 9-hole rounds.
Intermediate Golf Plan – $199
Age 25-36
Receive all the benefits of a regular Golf Plan but at this price you receive 2 complementary Golf Plan green fees! These green fees are non-transferable and expire at the end of the 2026 season. Purchase prior to February 6th, 2026 and receive an additional (1) bonus round!
*All rounds are non-transferable. Included rounds can be used as three 18-hole rounds OR three 9-hole rounds, you cannot split any included 18-hole rounds into two 9-hole rounds.
